- Botanical greenhouse: Rain or shine this 1,500 square foot impressive paved floor structure with beautiful chandelier and white curtains that casually drape to the floor, can be staged with an array of seasonal greenery, plants and shrubs from our 20 acre nursery, a gorgeous setting.
- Elegantly decorated former shop: At 1,400 square feet this sizeable building is infused in natural light with its six large windows. A sizeable counter with bar stools, sink and refrigerator, a great place for your caterer, including a lounge area; two restrooms, 1 wheelchair accessible are all located here. A contemporary glass garage door leads out to the covered courtyard.
- Covered Courtyard: One of four remarkable courtyards this is a great place to escape the rain or heat. Thirty-foot high ceilings keep this space cool in Summer. Electric heaters keep it cozy warm in Fall and Winter months. Skylights, can lighting and sound system make this an all-purpose area day or night. In the middle of this courtyard is where a beautiful fountain resides, famous for floral decorating. A Cocktail bar and hutch for easy access to drinkware, etc..
- Tent: This turf grass space is surrounded on four sides in a checkerboard pattern, a massive chandelier and palladian style window sides with option to roll up or have sides down. Size 48x48' is a wonderful place for dancing, DJ, ceremony, dining and or games.
